Erin Dhane has more than 18 years of experience in geriatric care, with a career dedicated to supporting seniors and their families with compassion and dignity. She began her professional path in a substance abuse rehabilitation center, where she completed her medical assistant program and managed clinic operations, overseeing the medical needs of enrolled patients.
In 2009, Erin transitioned into the geriatric care field, managing four residential care homes in Dallas for 12 years. She became known for her dedication to residents, advocating for their needs and fostering a culture of empathy, respect, and personalized care. Erin is committed to connecting with families through both moments of joy and times of challenge, providing guidance and support throughout the aging process.
Her leadership extends to staff training and family education, with a focus on disease processes and care strategies to ensure the highest quality of service. Erin’s passion for caring for the elderly is deeply rooted in her upbringing and the meaningful time she spent with her grandparents on their farm in Guthrie, Oklahoma.
Outside of her professional life, Erin values family above all. She and her husband, Jason, live busy lives filled with love, laughter, and two energetic dogs. Their children, Kyndall and Elijah, proudly serve in the United States Air Force, while Dakota works as a real estate agent. Together, the family enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, and supporting one another in their personal and professional pursuits.
