Meet the leaders and staff of One You Love Homecare Princeton, NJ.
Blair and Carol Morgen
Owners
Blair and Carol Morgen are the proud owners of One You Love Homecare in Central New Jersey. They have lived in NJ for 24+ years and have 2 daughters in college.
Blair spent the first 18 years of his career working with law firms and corporations to enhance operational efficiencies. For the last 10 years he has been providing his support and expertise to Public Safety agencies around the country. Working hand in hand with Police, Fire, and 911 Dispatcher’s has really opened his eyes to the service, commitment, and level of compassion these First Responders embody each and every day. One of his favorite sayings is: “No one calls 911 when they hit the lottery, these heroes deal with people’s worst day every day”
Carol’s professional background is as a paralegal specializing in Worker’s Compensation. She has worked on behalf of both the worker and the employer giving her a unique perspective and an ability to look at things from multiple angles. This combined with an organized and detail oriented approach, makes her a great asset in dealing with the complexities of working in the heavily regulated NJ Home Care field.
Several years ago, both of Blair’s parents were diagnosed (within the same year) with very different and very rare auto immune diseases. While his mother made a full recovery, his father ended up succumbing after 5 very difficult years. During this time the family relied on the help of skilled caregivers to manage everyday life. Blair’s family is eternally grateful for the care, compassion, and empathy that the caregivers of One You Love Homecare provided so much so, theyb decided to own a One You Love Homecare of their own.
Blair and Carol’s natural desire to serve their community is clear in the day-to-day operations of One You Love Homecare of Central NJ. They believe in excellent customer service, compassionate client management, and only hiring caregivers that they would trust with their own mothers. “Families who entrust us with their loved ones can count on us to ensure that they receive the highest quality of service and care. At One You Love Homecare of Central NJ, We aren’t just caregivers, we are family.”
You can make a difference in the life of someone special. Be better together.
