Kim McDaniel

Kim McDaniel is co-owner of One You Love Homecare Memphis, serving both the Memphis and Germantown regions in Tennessee, with her brother Shane. Kim holds a B.S. in Education and spent her early adult life teaching in the Shelby County School System. She has a heart for serving others and was one of the founding Board members of Best Buddies Memphis, an organization serving individuals with both intellectual and developmental disabilities. Kim has recently served as President of the Board for Best Buddies Memphis, and also as Chairman of the Annual Friendship Walk. For the last ten years Kim has also assisted her mother with the responsibility of the day-to-day care of her aunt and uncle. This difficult but necessary journey while being a wife and mother of two sons, one who has Down syndrome, led her to start her own senior home care agency. Her understanding for the need of highly trained, compassionate, and dependable caregivers comes from her experience and struggle of having to depend on   someone else to assist with the day to day care of her own family. When clients entrust One You Love Homecare Memphis with the care of their elderly loved ones, Kim strives to find the very best caregiver to meet their needs. She truly embraces the One You Love Homecare mantra, “We aren’t just caregivers, we are family.” Our goal is to improve the quality of life for your loved one and your family.
