Nancy brings over 25 years of clinical nursing experience to One You Love Homecare and extends to OYLH clients her compassion, expertise and kindness.
Nancy understands all aspects of caregiving and she worked her way through the ranks. Nancy began her career as a Certified Home Health Aide in 1993 and attained her LPN in 1995. Nancy worked hard to recognize her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse. She continued to work and care for people while reaching for the stars! Nancy graduated with high honors from Our Lady of Lourdes School of Nursing in Camden, New Jersey.
This career progression has allowed Nancy a well-rounded understanding of the continuum of care. Nancy has the skill set and expertise required to manage and oversee the plan of care of her clients, ensuring they receive compassionate care that is delivered with dignity and respect. Nancy also has the experience, understanding and compassion that drives a company culture that attracts and retains top performing caregivers.
Nancy brings a background as a seasoned home care nurse to the One You Love Home Care family. Additionally, having held the title of Director of Wellness at a local Assisted Living community, Nancy has a unique perspective as a health care provider. She is an expert resource to clients and staff. Adept at creating trusting relationships with clients and their families, she is known throughout the South Jersey community for the knowledge, care and empathy that she shares with her clients and their loved ones.
